This captures the essence of the PRICE experience whose mission is to engage Pittsburgh's financial services companies in a formal collaborative for talent pipeline development through internships, resulting in retention, workforce and economic development, with special emphasis on diversity and special labor pools.

PRICE seeks to provide exposure, experience, and empowerment to the region's high school, college, special needs, and non-traditional student population. The high school and the post-secondary programs focus on career exploration and career development and combine learning with real-world, hands-on experience.

• Our High School Program objective is to assist students in making connections between school curriculum and the skills required to succeed in the workforce.
• Our Post-secondary Program objective is to provide regional internship and employment opportunities for talented Post-secondary students through a network of financial services institutions.
